What to Expect on your First Visit.

Intake Forms

You will receive a link, either texted or emailed, when you schedule your new patient appointment. It will be from CT InForms and may be sent to spam. Simply click on the link using any device to complete them online before you arrive at our clinic.

Time of Appointment

Once arriving for your appointment, our front desk staff will greet you and will ask for your driver’s license and insurance card. Payment will also be discussed.

Consultation

You will be asked questions about your health history as well as the reason you came in. This is to help the doctor figure out where the problem might be coming from.

Exam

After the consultation, you will undergo a series of neurological tests, orthopedic examinations, and a selective functional movement assessment. Not only does this process ensure an accurate diagnosis, but it also helps determine why you have it.

Report of Findings

Once a final diagnosis can be made, the doctor will discuss the results with you and make it a point to educate you on what’s causing your symptoms. After you’ve understood the problem, the doctor will recommend a treatment plan specific to you.

Treatment

After a treatment plan is decided upon, one both you and the doctor agree upon, treatment will begin. This may include a variety of treatment methods.

While we do accept walk-ins, when the schedule allows, it can take some time to work you in. For a more efficient experience, we recommend calling first so that we can see/treat you in a manner that will benefit you.
